In Yoga, Asana is defined as a “position that is steady and comfortable”. What a better name could I choose to name these undies. The beauty of my underwear pattern, is it moves with you. In all the photo’s that I post of myself being active I’m wearing the Asana undies, and I rarely adjust my underwear! They are Perfect for your next adventure.

I stitch a circle in the crotch for added comfort, no rubbing here.

I created a Fabric & Fit page that helps find the right fit for each fabric that I use. See that here.

All of my handmade clothing is pre-shrunk. I wash all fabric before sewing to ensure this.

Wash all items on COLD in the washing machine.

HANG DRY both the Merino Wool and Soy Fabrics to prevent shrinkage and pill formation.

Hemp can be dried on low heat. Hanging dry may make it stiff, but it softens when worn.

The Betsy Pant & Drawstring pant material softens in the dryer.
