All of the clothing comes from my home-based studio, created by my two hands. I usually have a lot of the items in stock, but sometimes I do have to create what you ordered. Orders take 1-2 weeks.
Intertwined Designs strives to produce high quality, durable clothing for men and women that is handcrafted in an economically and environmentally sustainable manner. We choose hemp for our designs because it is strong, requires minimal chemical inputs, and has a higher yield per acre than other fibers. Hemp’s ability to breathe, also makes it an ideal fiber for active clothing. All garments are pre-washed to ensure quality apparel that looks and feels great. I ship using First Class or Priority Mail with the USPS. Priority Mail takes 2-3 business to arrive; 6-10 for international orders.

I ship to Canada & other countries for an additional cost. Please note, I will NOT do exchanges/returns with any countries other than the US...please make sure to check my size chart so you get it right, always feel free to convo me with size questions.
If you are local & want to pick up at the studio, Winthrop Post Office, or the Twisp Farmer's Market , please choose "local pick-up" on the shipping profile page. I will email you to arrange pick up. Thanks. :)
Intertwined Designs gladly stands behind all of our product. If there is any problem due to my craftsmanship, please let me know, and I will do my best to repair the problem.
If you have ordered something and you just absolutely don't love it, please let me know ASAP.
To return/exchange an item(s), please follow these guidelines.
***All clothing MUST be returned unworn and unwashed.***
If you have a pet, please, PLEASE, lint brush off the hair, before you send back to me - Thank you, I have been getting a lot of animal hair on exchange clothing, it is an extra step for me, and it makes it hard to resell.
**THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS or SPECIAL ORDERS**

Exchanges: *14 day policy* (from the ship date.)
If you ordered the wrong size/color, no problem! Please email me to let me know you are sending back for an exchange. Let me know what you would like instead. Please include $5 in the package to cover the exchange expense. Thank you :)
Returns: *7 day policy* (from the ship date.)
If you are unhappy with your purchase, & you do not want to do an exchange, please let me know you are mailing back. When I receive, I will inspect, confirm, refund your amount minus the original shipping fee, and let you know I have done all this. Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days.
